At TCG House, we want to ensure your trading cards, booster boxes, and collector items arrive securely and in pristine condition. Here is everything you need to know about our shipping procedures and delivery timelines.

Order Processing & Fulfillment

All orders are carefully inspected, securely packed, and shipped directly from our fulfillment center located in Phoenix, Arizona.

Standard order processing takes between 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and major holidays) before your package is handed over to the shipping carrier.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer reliable domestic and international shipping options. Delivery timelines are as follows:

Domestic: 7-10 days

International: 11-15 days

Shipping rates and available carrier options are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order weight and destination.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been packed and dispatched from our Phoenix facility, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey.

Shipping Delays & Issues

While we strive to ensure prompt delivery, transit times can occasionally be affected by carrier delays, customs processing (for international orders), high-volume postal seasons, or severe weather conditions. TCG House is not responsible for carrier-induced delays once the package has left our facility.

If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, or if your package has experienced an extended delay, please contact our support team and we will gladly assist you.
